Formed in 1995, Acappella Brass is a group of five professional brass musicians who play a broad spectrum of music from chamber and classical to jazz and popular songs.
Combining versatility with virtuosity, the quintet has performed at every Jersey performance venue including the The Opera House, The Arts Centre, St. James Centre and Fort Regent’s Gloucester Hall as well as many of the Island's churches and parish halls.
Under the musical direction of trumpet player Luke Brown, the group also consists of trumpeter Neil Britton, horn player Matt Goffee-White, trombonist Michael Eouzan and tuba player Adam Griffiths (click here). As musical ambassadors for Jersey, Acappella Brass has performed for many dignitaries at home and abroad. They were recently honoured to perform for the government of Madeira in Funchal’s Municipal Theatre and were also invited by the Guild of Salter's to provide music in London's Guildhall. Specialising in wedding music, Acappella Brass has an extensive repertoire (click here) for both your ceremony and reception. From the arrival of the bride to creating an ambient musical backdrop to your meal, this ensemble will always impress.
