HOLLY WAIGH-WHEELER BA(hons) PGCE
Holly Waigh-Wheeler studied music at the University of Surrey, Roehampton Institute and Exeter University graduating with 1st Class Honours. Her vocal teachers have included Emer Macparland and Anton Browne and she is currently the principal vocalist with both Wavelength (click here) and the Kings of Swing (click here).
The versatility of her voice is equally matched by her stage command as she weaves her way through the songs of Ella Fitzgerald and Peggy Lee to Tina Turner and Amy Winehouse. Holly was the resident singer at the Hotel De France performing with the Loneliest Monkfish jazz trio and has also performed extensively with the Well Swung Jazz Orchestra. Holly has sung to over 10,000 people as part of Channel 103’s Picnic In The Park and has supported such acts as soul legend Edwin Starr, Take That star Mark Owen, ex-S Club 7 member Rachel Stevens and Kid Creole.

Holly’s distinctive look led to the coveted title of ‘the Face of Jersey’ and she was also the Maid of Honour in the Jersey Battle of Flowers. Alongside her singing commitments, Holly is a primary school teacher and singing coach who inspires many children through her passion for music.
